    4 different condominium developments with approximately 400 total approved unites are within close proximity. Approximately 125 of those units have been built and sold.

    120 unit subdivision is within a mile with phase 1 complete and phase 2 recently open.

    Future Growth

    This area has become the central shopping district of Muskegon County. With all the commercial growth the residential areas are starting to fill up. Within 5 years this area should be one of the most densely populated areas in the County with large traffic counts due to the commercial growth.

    Type

    Our plaza is constructed of a steel frame with Split Block front and sides and drive it (stucco type) border around the top. The rear wall is metal construction. The roof is rubber and all HVAC units are rooftop units. The building has a fully striped asphalt driveway and parking lot. A commercial mailbox has been placed to serve all units.

    Zoning

    The building is in a PUD. Most any retail, services, or office will fit into this zone.

    Parking

    The parking lot has 66 total spaces of which 3 are handicap.

    Signage

    Each unit will receive a 4x8 facial sign and a space on the pole sign. The only cost of this to the tenant is the cost to fabricate a faceplate. The landlord provides the cabinets for both.
