SHORELINE PROMENADE is a multi-use Planned Unit Development, which offers “Build to Suit" opportunities for retail and office. In addition, vacant land is available from 0.5 to 6.0 acres. The site is located on Harvey Street in Fruitport Township adjacent to The Lakes Mall. Further, there has been new construction of various smaller offices & support services. The recent introduction of grocery to the area should accelerate additional construction.

The Shoreline Promenade development is a commercial site condominium project within a PUD.
