SHORELINE PROMENADE is a multi-use Planned Unit Development, which offers “Build to Suit" opportunities for retail and office. In addition, vacant land is available from 0.5 to 6.0 acres. The site is located on Harvey Street in Fruitport Township adjacent to The Lakes Mall. The Shoreline Promenade development is a commercial site condominium project within a PUD.
